The UBI Effect

Our 2021 Auto Insurance Study results revealed an interesting correlation between UBI usage and price satisfaction. We found that UBI participants have higher satisfaction with price even if their driving habits don’t actually make them eligible for a discount.

Satisfaction increases as the size of the discount increases, but even those
not receiving a discount are more satisfied than those not participating
