Any data runs performed within the cross table tool can easily be exported to excel in order to preserve the data or utilize it in offline deliverables. Data runs that will need to be repeated in the future can also be saved as favorites in order to minimize set up for future analysis.
Exporting any output is as simple as selecting the export to excel button on the generate table tab:
In the favorites tab, you can save all your favorite tables after selecting variables and calculations. This will help save time in ongoing projects, especially when new data becomes available.
Once you’ve created the cross table:
When you return to the cross table tool at a later date and want to use your saved favorites, go back to the favorites tab, then your favorites, then select load.
